Was told that there’s a 2 hour wait. Waited for 3.5 hours before being called to see the doctor for literally 3 min. Amount of wait time will make patients more sick and make someone accompanying the patient sick. Iam sure you guys can do something to provide better services.

My visit to Pergasus Health yesterday was very reassuring. Although the staff were very busy I received a very high standard of care by all the staff. I walked out the door knowing that everything possible had been done for me. Thankyou very much Roger Ellery

My experience was good, but unfortunately I discovered that the results of a blood and swab test couldn't be accessed by the specialist that I was going to at the main Christchurch Hospital. These results only went to my Dr and so took longer. Also if I needed to go on to the main hospital by ambulance there were signs up to say that I would need to pay for it. I had thought that the outpatients around the city were interlinked. So, unfortunately for many people the only advantage may be that there is a good amount of parking available at this place because the waiting time is long...a few hours and it's quite expensive. Also the New hospital has now opened with a bigger Emergency Department.

On the 16th & 17th of April 2020, I attended the Surgery for x-rays & consultation. The young lady who did the x-rays on the 16th April, was so lovely & kind & helped me feel at ease. It being my first time out of lock down. Next was the excellent service from Dr Brendan Kane for consults on 16th & 17th April, he made me feel completely at ease & gave me great advice, also sending me for a scan & after the results of scan. So sorry I have taken so long to send you this, but I will always appreciate the service given to me at that time. Please thank them again from me.

I was referred to Pegasus MH by my GP for my extreme PMS symptoms. I booked in with them in April 2021 and got an appointment for May after the 3-4 week waiting period - which is a norm waiting period they said. Then, this appointment was cancelled by them on the same morning of the appointment ,saying that the Counsellor was unavailable. I got in touch with them after 2-3 days to book in another appointment, which was only available after a wait of 3-4 weeks again so I booked it. This appointment was for June - but AGAIN this was cancelled by them on the same day citing the same reason that the Counsellor was unavailable. And I only got a message on the same day just a few minutes before my appointment, when I was already on my way to the appointment. Annoyed that the appointment was cancelled by them consecutively for the second time and this time I got a message about a missed call/voice note, less than an hour before the appointment, I called them and asked them politely why wasn’t I informed earlier? The girl at the reception said that I had been sent a message a day earlier - I told her I never received that message. Anyway I booked a 3rd appointment for July 2021. I got a message confirmation the same day that I booked in an appointment- but the date was mentioned wrong. So I called up immediately to let them know that’s not the correct date - the same girl apologised and asked me to ignore the message. So I ignored it and she sent me a new message with the correct date. But only to get reminder messages for the wrong date again a week before and on the same day!Clearly the error was not rectified from their end. Anyway after not getting any counselling appointments but just a very messed up service, my appointment was booked in July which now I had to cancel because I was moving out of Christchurch. I called them and let them know about this and they cancelled the appointment. Next day after cancelling, I saw a missed call from their number so I called back. The girl at the reception said sorry it was a mistake - we called by error!!! So eventually not only did I not have any service with them but the whole ordeal was so annoying and frustrating because they are so highly mismanaged with their appointments/texts/calls! Just wasted my 3-4 months in this- I wish my GP had referred me to an organisation more professional & trustworthy.
