★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rotorua has no privacy; clients can hear other people begging for help. The minimum for financial assistance for a phone is not $100 like we weren't told. Was denied acess to the minions superior and was not treated with any dignity or respect. If you can't do your job without being a bully and rude then its time for a new job. No good telling people to complain online when you don't have the means to get online. Nothing has changed with the Labour Government!
