The pants are so comfortable and easy to wear ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed in the service from Mint Boutique. Tried to return an online order that did not fit and was given a store credit. Then became wary of a preorder and was declined the opportunity to cancel the order so now have another store credit.
The benefit of online shopping is to be able to shop out of region without restrictions, this is clearly not the case for Mint.
Im not the only one who has received this service and although i should have read the fine print, a little bit of customer service goes a long way.
Also interesting to note Mint have removed my comments regarding this and blocked me from their Facebook page.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE! No refunds ! I bought a dress online a full price item which does not fit and the owner Rebecca Kerr refuses to issue me a refund. I buy online extensively and never had a store ever refuse a refund before.I have experienced the worst customer service experience yet from a retail store. Do not recommend you buy from this store spend your money elsewhere!
