She really understood what we were looking for and worked hard to find properties that fit our criteria, but also thought outside the box and showed us others that we might not have considered, but did expand our horizons. She guided us through the niggly parts and never put us under pressure. All up a great experience and we'd gladly recommend Misaki!

From the 1st open home through to the onsite auction Misaki was brilliant. Her advice was great and her demeaner and kindness put us at ease. We did as suggested, attending other auctions for experience and being present at all open homes for the house we wanted.
On the day the of the auction Misaki helped guide us though, and in the heat of the auction explained and suggested options for us. This support played a huge part in us winning our home and we are forever grateful.

Misaki is a wonderful person and an amazing agent. She has the latest information regarding the market, keeping me up-to-date throughout my house hunting process. She always blocks out ample time for me to view a property and have a chat about it after, I never feel rushed on viewings & can speak my mind. She's positive, encouraging and supportive (throughout my many failed auctions!) and has been so patient & understanding with helping me find me a place, even from other agencies, never pushing me to "just settle".
She always follows through with information & queries, goes above and beyond & gives me her professional opinion so I am well informed when making decisions. Absolutely an agent I'd want on my team whether I buy or sell. Misaki has become more than just a property agent, she's become a good friend.
