I was nothing but friendly and warm but the man had such a bad attitude and I have no idea why. I work in retail and I would never do that to a customer, if youre having a bad day you should never take it out on your customers especially if they haven't been rude to you.
But the quality of engraving was good and the price was reasonable so 3 stars

Showed up 2 minutes before closing with a dead car key and a watch battery that needed replacing and this guy sussed both of them before I could even get my wallet out.
