β β β β β Have been a few times , not really good with even shapeing the older lady is ok , abit rough but ok younger lady shouldn't be allowed around thread , got my eyebrows waxed by her and the wax burnt me , the threading was painful and I ended up with 3big cuts and heaps of tiny cuts , it's been 2days and still my eyebrows are stinging.. NEVER COMING BACK

β β β β β Used to be a regular customer of their service, but had very bad experiences in recent visits. The non owner lady has no threading skills and always screw up the shape. And if you wait for the one who knows, she doesn't follow first come first service, had to wait longer, even though I was first in the queue. This has happened multiple times, not worth for time.

β β β β β Been there today. On a Sunday. They're opened until 3 pm which is really handy. They did a great job at threading my eyebrows (tyding and shaping while keeping them full) and fixing an eyebrow that got botched at a different place a couple months ago. I was happy with the work done and will go back.

β β β β β Since Covid, I thought to support our local businesses. Made appt for 2pm, she didn't come until 210pm and then made me wait another 10mins, I was the only customer there at the time, had my eyelashes done for the 1st time.
Terrible experience, she left the room 5 times and then stuck the lashes on my eye lids and had the nerve to tell me it looked nice. ? Never again, I didn't leave there until 410pm coz I made her remove the whole thing.
My daughter got her eye brows threaded and that was OK. But I do not recommend them for lashes at all.

β β β β β Always friendly staff, and the most gentlest, least painful threading I've ever experienced. I tell the therapist this every time I leave. Must be the thread they use. Also good competitive pricing.
