β β β β β Went there last week for a lash lift, tint and brow shape and colour. The technician was really lovely and I felt so relaxed while getting it done I almost fell asleep. ?
Unfortunately the products did not seem to work well for me, but based on other reviews this may have just been my one-off experience. Just sharing in case helpful to others. Basically:
- My brows were a little sore in the days following the shape and colour, I think maybe due to the dye.
- I am still getting black marks under my eyes since the tint. I am guessing it's due to that as I haven't used mascara in a couple of days.
- I have thick lashes and the lift did not take well; it is a little lifted but not like what I have experienced with a YUMI Lash Lift elsewhere.
On the last point, the technician was very understanding about this and offered me a complimentary lash lift in six weeks' time to try again with different sized pads. This was great customer service and I was happy with that resolution.

β β β β β Been a client for a few years now and I have personally tried other places around auckland too but I've always returned to The Beauty Chambers every. Single. Time. No one else does lash extensions that's so beautifully done ????. My go to person is Courtney because her work on my stubby lashes is top notch every time AND she's got very light hands so i don't feel any leaning on my eyes/lashes during the treatment, which is what usually happens when keeping a lash isolated from the rest. Even if Courtney is unable to do my appointment, it's not a problem because all the other girls do great jobs too. Honestly, The Beauty Chambers deserves more recognition β€

β β β β β This was my first time and I am definitely going to go back. From the outside, I was dubious, but the interior is beautiful, fresh, and clean.
My brows and lashes have never been so meticulously groomed and taken care of. When I arrived, my brows hadn't been done for 2 years (thanks, covid) and my lashes were in all sorts of weird directions. Now, they look fantastic. (Awkward selfie doesn't do them justice)
Highly recommend!!
