β β β β β Worst experience ever. The 4 staff we saw, one said hello then disappeared, the other 3 did their best to avoid us. When we finally asked for assistance the young guy gave the impression he would much rather be doing what he had previously been doing which was shuffling papers and drinking from his drink bottle. We went to pay for what we had already, but the person at checkout had wandered off vacantly looking for an answer he didn't know, for another customer so we left and went to Cambridge where we received exelent service.
