β β β β β I was in the plumbing & bathroom section of cambridge mitre today. I took some photos in showing what I was after & antentive staff helped & new exactly where to find items. Great service & super friendly staffI don't normally ask for help but will be doing so in future to save time!!

β β β β β The guy that served us acted like he would rather be somewhere else other than working. He didn't seem keen on helping us find what we needed either. A bit disappointed with the service. Trade and building products area.

β β β β β Tasha from the lighting division was incredibly helpful. We brought a pendant light system and smashed the glass cover on installation. We went in store to see if we could buy a replacement which they said weren't for sale individually. However they gave us a replacement cover from the display stock free of charge. Above and beyond customer service but very much appreciated. Thank you
