Usually Mitre10 is ok but today had a shocking experience of price of an item which was showing 199$ but when at the counter the teller was charging 269$ for the same item.
Please check the teller screen before you pay. Was very misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good store. Had a good lunch in on site cafe enjoyed food. Bought a large rug in store excellent service from helpful staff member. Look around garden centre at plants. Special mention of the lovely till operator at garden centre checkout who has a beautiful smile

Told to go to the returns till. Stood under massive returns sign for 10 minutes while being ignored by women randomly tapping at computer. Then told to go in other que. Then told they need someone from seasonal. Women talked into radio then walked off. 5 minutes later next woman. Can I help? Yes I want to return this faulty heater. U need seasonal. Guy driving past on a lifter talks to women. Just give him his money back. Why did I have to waste my Saturday like this? Never shopping there again. Torturous. Why don't you train ur staff better?
