★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from all the usual things you can get from Mitre 10, this one also has a polystyrene recycle bin. We had a lot of packaging to dispose of and found this out online, so I brought a massive box into the store - not only did we leave without any polystyrene, but a helpful staff member even cut up and disposed of the cardboard I brought it in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have had today. We normally buy things there because my employer has account with mitre 10. Today afternoon when I get there to get some stuff exchanged ,faced rude customer service from lady at counter. Don’t wanna face her again. I experienced worst moment of the day there.

A young boy with blonde hair was just beyond helpful and provided great customer service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars purely for Liam in kitchens who was outstanding. Very sad he has left ? but I'm sure he will be going places. (Tell his new mitre 10 store to take very good care of him or mitre 10 will lose him to another kitchen store!!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed an item 2 other mitre 10 shops had been unable to provide..onehunga smaller but in desperation went there.
Great guy in kitchen area..looked everywhere for the item listed on his computer. Eventually found on a top shelf..dusty but intact.
One very happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here last night and cannot tell you how happy I was with the customer service we experienced. Greeted as soon as we walked in with happy smiling faces. We walked around for about a minute before an employee stopped what they were doing approached and helped us. We needed to go out their back door and it was raining, a few employees offered us a umbrella which I thought was very very thoughtful. They didn't have what we were looking for but another employee didn't waste no time checking her computer to see if other stores had stock. While leaving we got sent on our way with again smiling faces and farewells. Will never forget it!! Customer service was beyond amazing. If you were working 3.6.22 around 1730 those 7 employees we come across... You were all just AMAZING ???
