★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Everyone here , I am just a local so visit the warehouse regularly for shopping. The staff is helpful and I know many people there but went to the shop on Wednesday evening and saw a different scenario that staff bringing trollies ( 2 guys one tall one with warehouse uniform and other with black shirt) WASNT EVEN WEARING THE MASK which is priority for everyone. IT MADE ME UNSECURE to visit this shop again.
PLEASE TEACH YOUR STAFF THAT FACEMASK IS NECESSARY FOR THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst company to deal with, but the store that can’t possibly get any worse is Royal Oak.
My daughter got a bike for Xmas from The Warehouse and due to being so close to Xmas nobody was available to assemble so we were told to take this ourselves and do it if we wanted in time. 2 weeks after Christmas the chain snaps on the back (keep in mind the chain comes already assembled on the bike).
We get the chance to take it back in to get to it swapped out or repaired and we are told that because we ASSEMBLED this OURSELVES we are to pay the assemble fee and they’ll have a look at it and will take 5 business days but they can’t gaurentee it’ll only be the chain and that it may cost more!!!
It’s now been 2 weeks and I’ve rung 3 times and gotten nowhere, last week I was told I’d have the bike back by Wednesday 23rd no sooner as the bike repair guy hasn’t come in for ages, still no updates at all today and now I’m being told “you can come get a refund for the $19 assemble fee and take the bike”
What the heck am I supposed to do with a broken bike still after having it for weeks?? Secondly I shouldn’t even have had to pay the $19 fee in the first place as this is not a fault of ours or the way we assembled the bike!!!
Somebody needs to get in touch with me about this ASAP, I’m still on hold to speak to the ‘manager’ but when somebody picks up I get put back on hold again or hung up on (4th time now)!! Awful service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some shorts which lasted all of 30 minutes before tearing completely from top to bottom when I stepped over something. Absolutely terrible quality but no refund because "they were fine when I bought them."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one has the worst customer service of all the warehouses I have been to.
Okay I know I arrived late, like 1 min before they close. But that's only because their website lied about stock, I spent the whole night running from CBD to two stores in west Auckland then finally this store. (Other stores ppl are nice they all tried to help)
I saw their enter already blocked, so I waited at the exit to talk to someone. At least check the stock so I know if I need to come back again. There are still customers inside.
This guy finishing work and saw me. I asked nicely can I go in I'll be real quick. He said "Don't even try it" very loudly and suddenly in this very defensive position opening his arms and blocked the way. I was confused cause I was like far from him didn't even try to break in.
I knew I could just walked away, but I don't like people misunderstand me. So I tried to explain what happened. He didn't listen kept saying "doesn't matter", "No you can't". He was so aloud a few other staffs came over and asked if everything was alright. so embarrassing.
I feel offended.

Visited this branch today to buy some stuff (added picture). There were probably 5-7 staff on floor, who were busy taking pictures together. We waited on open counter to be served until one of them asked us to use self service machine as they were not free. (Wasn’t serving customer but taking pictures with each other ) . I left the trolley there and going to buy stuff from somewhere customer service is being valued. Not going to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to shop your day today household stuff at good price. They have all the products with variety of range in quality and price. The staff is very helpful and kind. Plenty of place for car parks. Open 7 days a week. The entertainment section is good and now they have Warehouse SIM which uses 2 degree network and gives plans much cheaper plans.
