Keith approached to see if he could help. His service could not have been better. He spent a considerable amount of time with us covering all our questions. We eventually made our purchase and he then delivered our product to check out. We were so impressed and we rated his service 5 Stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit disappointed with this. I had a particular broken Häfele cupboard hinge. I drove to Shirley Bunnings where I was told that my 60° hinge was no longer manufactured or available. I then drove to Mitre 10 Mega at Ferrymead where I showed the Hardware manager my broken hinge. He immediately said, "Oh, is that for the door of a corner pantry cupboard?"
Woohoo! He went to the correct aisle, took a packet and said, "This is what you need."
I drove home, checked the hinge and found it was a 45° hinge rather than the 60° I needed.
The following day I drove 20K to the manufacturers who told me that they'd discontinued the hinge I wanted and there was no substitute.
So, thumbs up for Bunnings, thumbs down for Mitre 10 for this particular item.
No big deal, I'll keep on using both of them. We can’t always be right.
