★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite Mitre 10 in Christchurch, the service here is always excellent. I've had some really great advice from staff here when trying to fix things around the home.
The range isn't quite as large as the Mega stores but they still have a huge range and I rarely find myself needing to go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this mitre 10. Still has the feeling of the older style of the brand. Helpful and cheerful staff with an excellent range of goods make this a kiwi icon of a store. The customer service is some of the best I have seen in NZ. Well done indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family owned business and the staff go out of their way to help. I recently discovered they will price match which was really cool to be able to support a Kiwi owned business . Go in and check them out. Always a good selection of interesting things to choose from. I personally love there range of indoor and outdoor plants.

The man we asked for assistance went over and above and gave my son some keys (from a jar of spares). It really made his day!
Checkout staff were really friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic, even if smaller, branch in the city. Very well laid out, only took me a couple of minutes to find each of the items I needed, despite the fact some of them were quite specific. Excellent selection of products and great pricing. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Good parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am blown away by the amazing service at this place. I use this place all the time and was not sure if a sander would work for my deck that needs to be redone. Dave in the tool department has a machine the same as the one i was interested in buying but not sure if it would work brought his own machine to work and loaned it to me. Who does that? After using his machine I am confident it will do the job so I bought it. Marks (The manager) is a really good guy too. Can't beat the service at this place. Great team at this place and they all do a fantastic job.
