No drive through makes it a bit challenging when by heavy dry product.

No body answers the phone no one available to help lift big items in the timber yard. I have found iit to be general dis interested in any form of service. Frankly tgey need new management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived in the store 20 minutes before closing time, they had already closed the section of the store where the framing wood I needed was situated. They refused to open this section saying there wasn't enough staff. Quite frustrating as that was the only reason for my visit. If the store is open until an advertised time I don't appreciate the staff deciding to close sections early. There was a number of staff walking around the aisles or standing at the tills having a chat. It's such a shame this store is so badly managed!
