I got acrylics and they just about shaved my hand off I was in pain the whole time, really unprofessional, they were late and kept switching between people - not to mention all their nail colours and polishes are all well expired. was charged $55 for them 2 days later to turn patchy and brown - must be the gross nail polish - as well as none of the nails being the same shape or what I asked for. very disgusting and very disappointed, save your money do not go here. Lovely staff but terrible salon.

My nail art turned out better that expected, the only downside was them showing up 20 minutes later than opening time but besides that I had a wonderful experience. I’m honestly very picky and very fussy with my nails and how I like them and I love this place and the customer service. The only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because of the fact that they arrived 20 minutes late, I heard from other customers that they can be very unpredictable with their times which is unprofessional but I still love this store and will be coming back!
