★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt the worst Petrol station i have ever been to. The staff will not do anything outside of their job description. Example - i asked where the watering cans were to top up my windscreen washer bottle (none at the pump) to which i was told they are inside. Staff member did not offer to go & get one for me. (Yes i know i am capable of getting one myself but a bit of customer service would have been nice). Inside the store, i am never greeted, only told the amount i had to pay (via eftpos), i'm never thanked for my business or asked if i needed anything else. Such rude people. You will never get my business again. Id rather pay more and go to the BP 500m up the road.

Around 9 pm I went to fill up my car and asked one of the employee to allow me fill my car .But the Indian employee refused me and told me to use the prepay one. I told him that If I use the prepay, I can't get the smile card discount. But He was rude and told me that go somewhere else! He was so disrespectful and ignorant! I will never and ever use any Mobil services! Specifically the papakura one!
