β β β β β Great place to stop with a motorhome. Special parking, but as always in NZ, cars and utes fill the spaces allocated for the larger vehicles. However, good service and help won us over.

β β β β β Convenient location. Best place to stop before heading south of Auckland. Good variety of snacks and food... coffee is fine. Prices very average for a petrol station.

β β β β β Stopped to get our early morning breakfast. The guy that was serving had trouble hearing me and mis spelt my name for my coffee order, the girl that made my coffee was too strong and the pies were just warm so that was disappointing. Usually we always stop at BP to get a pie and coffee but this one was just OK and service was just OK as well.

β β β β β This place always has the most expensive fuel as it knows people would buy it anyway as it is one of the last stops before heading out of Auckland.
There is never enough people serving at the counter until the like stretches to the door then someone comes and helps.
having a self serving station helps but difficult to use it if your getting anything from cafe.

β β β β β Self service machines here are a brilliant idea and I beat the my friend in the regular queue. I ordered my coffee using the app as it was faster the queue of people. Toilets not so clean but it was busy.

β β β β β Always busy but well staffed, and they all get on with it. Clearly customer service is a priority. Petrol prices always a little more than elsewhere as they are the last station on the highway for quite a distance. The self checkout station is very innovative and would save alot of time for the travelers on a deadline.
