★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good track down into the valley and up to the top of the hill. Young Bush so not as sheltered from the sun as expected. Wear a hat and sunscreen if walking in the hot day. A few steep bits but easy track. We saw a couple of weka. And heard a bellbird. Lovely little doors made for some of the trees to keep an eye out for. Such a nice idea. Hope they don't get nicked. And a nice little waterfall at the other end.
