★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken 2 friends here, in the last 2 days, yesterday the dr was well over an hour late, today another doctor and she is running late also, so far 40 minutes, step it up, the waiting room has 1 other person in it, I would not recommend if you have anything else you need to do on the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband was meant to be seen today and they did not even ring him to let him know that the doctor had gone home sick and he couldn't be seen for an appointment. He wasted his time and money and had to drive 30 minuets for no reason. Really unprofessional. If he decided not to show up he would have been charged a cancelation fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctors but horrid receptionists. It's like walking into a TV drama where all you can see and hear are a bunch of Karens just gossiping. Many are rude, abrasive and down right disrespectful. The place needs a good facelift and the receptionists to be changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously if just 1 staff member had a brain cell to use, life would be a lot easier, go to have urgent bloods done, on crutches, arrive at the front door as the covid cabins are at the blood test entrance, oh no you can't crutch through here, go down the side of the building with your munted liver and struggling to crutch, oh great cars parked in the way with people getting covid tests up there noses, im on chemotherapy and should NOT be near anyone sick, unbelievable, and to the lady at the door, try and listen and not act like a guard dog. This is why so many people in mosgiel have town doctors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and always meet my needs, I have been with this practice for 25 years and wouldn't go elsewhere. Pharmacy staff are also incredible and very welcoming. Sometimes the doctors run a little late but to me that's the sign of a good thorough Doctor. Highly recommend this practice
