★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great, less than 10mins on foot to the Octagon. Secure covered parking. Free laundry facilities. Facilities are not perfect but the cleanness and the services are perfect. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've stayed here a few times. The manager is always friendly and happy to help. We have only ever had one minor inconvenience that was quickly resolved. We've always been able to park in their off street parking and there's a really nice cafe nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I don’t leave reviews but I wouldn’t recommend this place. Price is way to much for the amenities when you can get something else allot better for a similar price. This place had allot of shady people hanging around it who seemed to be drinking all day. Was incredibly noisy throughout the night from people arguing and had drunk people at 11pm knocking on my door. Ended up staying somewhere else because it didn't feel safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ for the price we paid for this room it was very run down, old kitchen gear and shower, the only thing that looks like it had been done up was the bathroom sink, everything else looked about as old as could be. paid almost the same for a room in nelson and was much better for the price. would not come back.
