Has also been fantastic in other injuries picked up along the way. I strongly recommend seeing Harry and the team at Motion Health.

β β β β β People in motion health are very nice and warm~I really like my phsio Harry and acupunturist Claire, they are not only professional in skills and knowledge, keep good moral standards, but also patient and provide mental support. When I go do treatment, we also chat a lot, which makes it happy and easy.

β β β β β Harry has been an exceptional physiotherapist for the last few years I have been seeing him. Providing improved pain, mobility and confidence with each session. Explanations of the injury are always comprehensive and easy to understand. Visits are never wasted through useful exercises and mobility drills which are easy to keep up with out-of-appointment. Very personable and easy to approach from minor injuries to more problematic ones.
Highly recommend.

Harry was a very personable and knowledgeable physiotherapist throughout our consultations and I noticed progression after every session. At the end of my treatment, I felt confident and well equipped when progressing on my own thanks to the rehabilitation strategies Harry had given me.

β β β β β Jason is a great chiropractor doesn't just spend 10mins cracking you and your out the door. However, I found the lack of communication frustrating I was double booked, he is so busy I can't get another appointment.

β β β β β I would give Motion Health Albany 10 stars if possible. The team are super welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable. As a full time CrossFit coach and athlete Iβve needed treatment for a number of injuries, shoulder surgery rehab and general maintenance from Andy, Harry and Ivy who have all been fantastic. Iβm on track to have one of the best bicep tendon surgery recoveries and a huge part of that is down to being under the expert guidance of Harry. If you need help with any niggles or body mechanics then definitely get yourself into Motion, youβll be in the best hands!
