★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and competent staff, so no problems there. BUT, I brought my cancer patient friend here because at Christmas time it was the only lab open for miles around, and we had to travel from Whangaparaoa. Quite a large complex, no problem parking. Then we joined the many other people searching for the entrance. My friend had difficulty walking as it was, but having to spend ages walking round looking for the way in was ridiculous. No apparent signage. No clues. And then we found it. A tiny Labtest sign, hidden behind a metal gate. Then more walking, upstairs and along long, for someone in her condition, corridors. Why oh why couldn't they provide more signage when they must have known that people with no knowledge of the area would have to attend from places many kilometres away? Fortunately the staff were courteous and efficient, hence the two stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t believe this is the same practise I officially complained two years ago - now they treat you with respect as compared with scolding and sniffing and sarcasm; now they speak with genuine friendly tone; now they smiled the entire time and showed me the way out when finished! What an amazing change - keep up guys thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a person who has extremely difficult veins that usually requires the doplar machine to find them in hospital, I put off my blood tests. Today I decided to beat the crowd and be the first one in.
Drank 600ml water, was first in line and bloods were done first pop by Alicia. Lovely lady, calming, quick, efficient and painless. Thankyou very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my wife to this Labtest today as ONLY branch open on Northshore on Easter Monday. Signage onsite very poor and then up a flight if 25 stairs. Furthermore website shows all branches open when not the case. Some improvements required Labtests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have no respect for your body come here. They will give you bruise you were looking for which will come from the easiest job in this profession which is taking blood samples. That will stay for more than three weeks plus you will enjoy your daily activities with that freaking pain which never meant to be there if you went somewhere better. Good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location wise. I was seen by a staff member named Ray, and he was honestly the friendliest person ever. He eased up the tension, as I was nervous, through light conversations and ensured I was at ease before taking my blood sample. It did hurt, but I didn't get a bruise, like the other times I got a bruise that lasted weeks from my previous visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited clinic at around 10:15 on Saturday morning. Waiting room was already full but I got test in 15 minutes waiting time. Which is quite good. Clinic was very clean, staff was friendly. I had blood test with Ray, he was very gentle and friendly, also professional hand. It was not hurt at all. I will definitely go back there if I need to get blood test in my future.
