Cameron contacted me and was apologetic about the situation and offered to replace my gloves with a brand new pair. Went in and spoke to David who was real understanding and made sure I was happy with the gloves I received

Purchased revit dirt 3 gloves from this place. Returned them as purchased 2nd pair of gloves and decided I wanted to keep leather pair as they were more safe etc
Received store credit and re purchased these exact same gloves but for some reason they didn’t fit exactly like the first pair I returned ? went into shop to ask for replacement pair and was told by a lady named Maree, that I would not be able to as no tag even though on out recently purchased and need tags as they use Serial number to allocate yo gloves . Then they did not believe that they were the ones I purchased the day prior and believe that I had “used” them riding which caused wear. They told me that it was because people try them on in store which makes their gloves wear , in turn selling them as “New”.
Confirmed with another staff member that the 2nd pair I received was not the same fit as other pairs the same size and they finally gave me a pair
Right hand brand new and fits snug
Left hand looking worn and does not fit like the other.
Overall disappointed. The guy that served me was nice and understanding but Maree was quite the opposite and even told me to sell them if they don’t fit me since she was reluctant to exchange the product for a new pair.

Marie knows her stuff and is an excellent asset to this store.
We have previously only bought online which also was an awesome experience but defo be back to the store again next time we are in Auckland

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service! The guy who helped me (regret not asking his name) was really patient with me despite me being very picky and indecisive about the gloves I wanted. Super friendly staff - particularly like that they are enthusiastic about bikes themselves.
The store has lots of variety and tonnes of great gear - it was genuinely hard to focus on gloves when there were so many nice jackets, helmets and boots!
