The two guys who came from Jim Howlett Flooring to do the job on the day were amazing. They were efficient, good fun and very considerate. The furniture was taken out, brought back into the room, and they took great care to have it exactly where we wanted it. They made it so easy for us. ?

The installers were all excellent and really fantastic to deal with (special shout out to carpet layers Jo and Joe). I couldn't recommend the team and service at Mount Eden Flooring Xtra highly enough!

We were concerned that we may not be able to get a carpet match but the staff at Flooring Extra In Mt Eden were able to source the same one after providing them with a sample. The on-site visit and measure up was timely, professional and some valuable tips and suggestions were provided. The quote was provided promptly and regular updates and communication provided on carpet arrival time as well as dates and requirements for installation. The installers were in and out in a day, very professional, polite and respectful of our home. The quality of the install was very high and a follow up phone call to see if we were happy with everything before the final invoice was issued was much appreciated. We can highly recommend Mount Eden Flooring Extra, they provide and excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly if I could give more stars I would. Walked into store and got instant and focused attention. I was guided and advised very well.....also I should add I was buying at the lower end. I was keen for it to be done as quickly as possible and they made that happen. They have their people to lay the carpet and organised all that. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

We could not fault them from initial phone call with Kristen to make a time to visit their beautiful showroom through to the advise and knowledge Kristen and Kristiana provided us was above and beyond expectations. The installation team were a great bunch of blokes who were a pleasure to have in our home. They left our home looking first-class. Last but not least the customer service was the cherry on top, with the follow up phone call to ensure we were happy and that we definitely are!
We highly recommend Mt Eden Flooring Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product was good however after 3 week wait the install was delayed another 2 weeks due to the team getting COVID (understandable not their fault). However they refused to book the job with anyone else so we found another installer who could do it sooner. They also chose an incorrect underlay product as confirmed by the supplier themselves and our new installer, had to call the supplier also regarding refunds as they didn't want to. We are still waiting for our refund of the installation cost. We have now recieved the partial refund.
Edit: Regarding your reply about the underlay being suitable this is not true. I called regupol myself and they told me the product was not suitable for vinyl flooring. You are the professionals and should have known that. The customer shouldn't be expected to call up external suppliers or to know these details.
