MOUNT GLASS & GLAZING was established in November 2001 with two major objectives:
- To supply and install glass requirements for the domestic and commercial market and supply efficient emergency glazing services for people with broken windows needing urgent repairs and restoration
- To manufacture freestanding windscreens for boats, supplying boat-builders and also private customers
- Mount Glass & Glazing are members of Master Glaziers New Zealand for private and insurance work
The company initially began with two staff, and has now increased to five. The range of products includes splashbacks for kitchens and bathrooms, mirrors, freestanding showers and much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workmanship of the work was good. But when I asked for a quote, they told be around $400. I question it coz it was a big window And he mention it will include everything such as fitting and transportation. Anyhow 10 days later, glass window was repaired and cost was $690. I asked why it was such a big difference in the quote u gave me . His answer was “ you wanted a quote so I gave u a figure, I have no idea how much a piece of glass is “. ? If he had no idea then why give me a fake quote in the first place - it’s misleading and not professional.
