Woman I spoke with on the phone was really nice and easy to talk to, Josh who installed our cat door was very friendly and did a fantastic job. Great communication. So happy to have our cat door installed in time for our cats arrival this week. Thanks team :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always good service. Have used for multiple cat doors at multiple properties. Only small jobs for them, but always great response time, quotes immediately and technicians are polite and skilled. Take pride and dont leave a mess like some other glass firms! And they call before they turn up,which is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pet door fitted a week ago. A new piece of glass was cut and the old one taken out for me to keep as we are in a rental and need to remove the pet door on termination. The guy that came to install it was quick & efficient. Probably no more than 30 minutes in total. Price was pretty much same around town. I can’t fault TAURANGA glass in any way. Kudos guys

Very friendly worker who explained me good what he is doing and how it works.
Sadly I forgot his name, but his work look very professional, every grab hits perfectly and it was obvious that he knows what he's doing.
I am very happy with the speed he worked and the kind of passion I've seen in him.
The price was correct, I was expecting to pay more, because it is the first time I needed a window to be fixed.
So I give 5 stars because :
- worker professional and good educated knowledge
-fast in time
-price was very good
-uncomplicated appointment via phone.
