★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could easily get 4 stars if a few small things were improved. Great location and great views over the city. Downstairs layout a bit odd especially if you are using all the beds. One room is actually just a thoroughfare, with a door that doesn't even close properly. And downstairs was cold (winter), a few oil column heaters maybe. The toilet kept running/dripping and the back door to the laundry very draughty. Get the Foosball table working or just get rid of it. A good place with the potential to be awesome.
