Spoke to Lisa who was rude and unprofessional, didn't know how to operate the phone apparently, as she left the line open whilst she engaged in a foul conversation about me with her colleagues after our phone call. A phone call I was very pleasant on, despite her complete incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish service from Til as they had my contact details but chose not to use them leaving my customers package sitting around for 6 days then said they didn't have anyone to deliver it even though i live less than 2km from their depot. I had to go and collect it even though I paid for delivery it then took a further 15min for them to find it and bring it to my truck. The package came out with forklift damage to the box and i am yet to find out if there is damage to the product itself. Receptionist seem tired and uninterested which only adds to the frustration. I do not recommend this below average company and their poor work ethic.
