I wanted to be sure it was fixed, so Lucy recommended me a specialist, who has also been fantastic and who I would not have found without Lucy's referral. Highly recommend the services at Move to Live. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Move to Live are hands down the best physios I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and as someone who has lived with chronic pain for over a decade, I have worked with many.
I started with Jarrod for a few years, and then worked with Lucy for a few years also and both were amazing - I’d still see them if it wasn’t for having moved cities.
I appreciated that they were able to help with my acute injuries over the years (including a shoulder injury with bursitis and 2 x broken ankles) but that they were equally adaptable and helpful with my chronic pain - doing what worked for me and my body to keep me moving and feeling better.
I have found other physios sometimes struggled with the chronic nature of my pain condition, and were reluctant about ongoing treatment or didn’t know what to do when I wasn’t seeming to have any “improvement”.
Both Jarrod and Lucy were great in working collaboratively with me to identify my goals for treatment, and understood that, with my condition, effective maintenance was key and made all the difference in my quality of life - all the while being very informed and up to date on new techniques or updates on what might be useful for me.
I wasn’t always the most compliant patient, often forgetting to do my stretches or doing activities that I knew were going to be tough on my body, but the Move To Live team got me through and helped me find a good balance that enabled me to do the work and other things that were important to me while also giving my body what it needed.
The facilities were also great - really modern and comfortable treatment rooms without feeling overly clinical, and a great sunny gym area for exercises that didn’t feel too intimidating. When it’s sunny the balcony is also a primo spot to wait before your session, or to relax after treatment while waiting for your lift.
I couldn’t recommend Move To Live highly enough from my own experience, and my friends and family who have also been have had great experiences there too.
Awesome team who are real experts, while being super friendly an approachable. Ka pai!
