I'm so grateful I did as Fiona is patient and mindful of what my body can (and can't) do right now but challenges me in a supportive way. Her studio is private and calming so it's a wonderful time to focus on myself and my goals. My journey is a strength, mobility and mindfulness path so it's lovely to be doing it with Fiona.
