Coupled with an excellent professional attitude to work with great attention to detail, the job involving exterior timber cladding was carried out in an efficient manner.
There were no unexpected extra costs.
The job was completed in consecutive days as promised.
Ben communicates anything he thinks you should know regarding the work in progress, and is concerned that the customer is happy with the result.
We will be using Rise Residential Ltd again as the need arises.

Once on site he was timely, professional and communicated potentional issues as they came up, with solutions. As a result his final invoice had no surprises.I am very happy with result.

He responded quickly to my initial inquiry and I was really impressed by Ben's friendly, capable manner as well as his experience in dealing with the quirks of an old property. He understood that I had a budget and I felt confident that he was willing to work within this. The workmanship is of a high quality and Ben and his team left the property immaculate.
