★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, but pretty high markup. For the price of a double scoop waffle cone you could get a whole tub of Movenpick at Countdown across the road and sit in the park, though it's not quite the same ;)
Note: Seems nothing in the entire store is dairy-free, not even the sorbets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the expensive end, but delicious nonetheless and very clean. It was a good family meet-up spot for a treat even on a cold, rainy, and windy day. They'll give out samples too to help you decide which flavors you'd like. Great accessibility and easy to notice hop.
UPDATE: went again after a long time and so many delicious choices for scoops and waffles and brownies and everything haha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to mission bay but haven't been to this branch before. It was 11:20pm and closing time was 12am. I went there with my 2 other friends but somehow the staff was rushing and told us that we can only order scoop, nothing else. Me and my friends were like it's 40mins to closing and he already stopped serving other than scoops????? And i wanted to try something different but i couldn't. Other than this, ice cream was awesome as i had my favorite maple walnut???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good selection of ice creams and sorbets which taste very nice. They also have some fancy sundaes and waffle deserts though I haven't tried any of them. I really went there to purchase a litre container of good old plain vanilla ice cream which by the way cannot be found Iin supermarkets anymore but I was disappointed as they didn't have it either. One little thing that somehow really annoyed me was that they didn't have paywave at the checkout. Surely it couldn't be that they can't afford it given that a single scopp of ice cream costs $7.50?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Again here to try to waffle, ice cream n coffee. I choose toasted nuts waffle n chocalate chip ice cream n flat white coffee with soy milk. Waffle is good as usual which crunch outside n soft inside. Different nuts like peanuts n almonds on waffle is great. Will be even better mix cashew nuts for the suggestion. Ice cream still my favorite which they could be bigger. Lol. Waffle not too sweet to come with caramel sauce dip perfectly matched. Really enjoy. Then coffee, for my personal experience, coffee is hot which is bonus, but the coffee bean they used different to Cbd store which comes Witt different flavor, not my favorite but it’s strong just different taste which I don’t normally go for it. Maybe suits for some but not my favorite choice. Have I mentioned the store environment? Really way much spacious n comfortable n cozy compared to Cbd store. Love the soft couch I sit on!! Love their slogan, let’s spoon together. Lol. Love it. Great customer service here too. If u have not tried movenpick, come here n give a go. The coffee didn’t come with biscuits compared to Cbd store, they are amazing but seems only in Cbd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a Saturday as we were craving something sweet. Guy behind the counter was friendly but the girl didn't seem to want to serve us and skipped to the end of the line. When she came back order was placed without acknowledgement until payment was required. We were there total of 45mins, not too busy.. no attempt to clean the used tables around which were attracting flies. The 2 stars is for the taste and design of the desserts which was nice but far too expensive, especially considering the experience had. Won't be returning for dine in experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dessert was good... Would have been nice to see them wear gloves while making our dessert but I can let that one slip.
The flat white we ordered was horrible. Might have been a new staff that needs training but it was a waste of my large coffee. I just could not drink it and had to bin it.
