Billie was my hair stylist.
I wanted my thin natural brown hair to be OMBRE like first photo. She made my hair HIGHLIGHT , not ombre .It was nothing like the one in the picture I showed.
She said me after finish if you want lighter you have to come for 2 or 3 more sessions .
I agree that my hair may not be as too light as in the picture she had told me but it is ugly highlight. It did not match with my original hair.
Anyway, Iβm sorry for my hair, my time and the price I paid.

β β β β β My two girls and I came in today, they were really accommodating and we all love our haircuts (and colour for me). With the new Covid framework, we felt confident that all procedures possible were taken; staff and clients were masked and distanced, vaccine certs checked, areas cleaned down between clients, sanitiser available. We'll be back.
