★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old lady and her husband (owners) have very poor customer service, they both look like they hate their jobs and life. Went in yesterday to have some keys copied. Waiting in line with others for 15 minutes, no acknowledgments and snarky remarks and facial expressions when she finally decided to leave her desk. Maybe consider retirement!

There was some complication with it but they were knowledgeable and could handle it. They taught me a bunch as well and didn’t charge me much at all for the excellent service and education!
