★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been coming here for along time with no complaints but sadly 2 weeks in a row we have had really bad experience. Yes it’s summer & busy but shouldn’t give a time of 10mins & order took 25mins. My actual complaint was our fish/ chips order sat in warmer for 12mins while they made the burger. As you can imagine, fish/ chips luke warm & stuck to the paper. Not a good experience for $80. Won’t return till winter as they obviously don’t cope with crowds ( staff were being told to calm down )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The snapper & potato fritters were yummy - crispy batter & very fresh. Seemed to be very popular with locals which proved to be a very good recommendation. One of the best fish & chips shops we’ve been too & have travelled a lot around NZ. A+
