★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean & comfortable. Amazing sunset. Got a very friendly welcome & was given a small map of the area & was shown where I could go for something to eat, even got a voucher for a free scoop of chips. Have added this motel to our 'places to stay again' list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic motel. Very quiet, clean & comfortable. So close to the estuary for birdwatching. Lovely hosts. We really enjoyed our stay - just wish it could have been longer but will definitely stay again.

Heard every word from the adjoining unit.
Poorly equipped with cheap furniture and a 20yr old bed.
Owner was sour and disinterested from the get go.
Avoid this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a find! We had a relaxing two nights here with extremely helpful hosts, the unit had everything we needed, with the added bonus of being so quiet and peaceful. Close to all amenities, and the windmill at Foxton was amazing. Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tired unit , tap on the bathroom sink did not work properly , no extra pillows or blankets , kitchen crockery was from the 80,s and looked like it hadn't been cleaned since then.
for the price you would expect the unit to be a little more tidy and updated than it was.
overpriced and would defiantly not stay there again or recommend to anyone .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely short break at the beach was complemented by the accommodation. The Unit was clean, tidy and modern. Everything was on hand and the hosts were kind, pleasant and courteous. Fingers crossed that more travellers come through to the beach in 2022. The Motel is an excellent option for accommodation. Best of luck x
