This is one of the worst dealerships when it comes to aftersale service. They push hard to sell Janeseen insurance for mechanical and electrical warranties. I bought Toyota Aqua 2015 model in 2020 end, with an additional mechanical and electrical policy. Within a year and half of personal use and driving for 7000km, the Hybrid battery died. Keith at Mr Motors service asked to pay excess for repair while car is only had one service so far. They assisted with no additional support or expressed regret with such poor-quality car and services. Their Insurance partner Janseen also replaced my car's battery with second-hand battery in spite of new battery. this dealership-p is all about draining money from your pocket!! never visit them!!

We brought a Toyota Aqua hybrid through MR Motors Auckland. We're in New Plymouth and Paul and his team we're very helpful and responsive and helped us organise a prompt delivery of the car. We received it yesterday and its as described. So far so good :)

I didn't even want to give them a star. Compared with their service attitude, the car's problems are hardly worth mentioning. After driving home, the left rear window can't rise and fall normally, and the engine vibrates. When I drove to their work shop for repair after making an appointment, due to convenience, I chose to communicate directly with their Chinese employees, but their manager seemed very dissatisfied with me and told me that New Zealand is an English speaking country and you should speak English here. I was shocked. I think it is serious racism. Until the end, the problem has not been solved.

Found the car I wanted at a price I could afford. They recommended a replacement stereo with Apple play etc. Happy with the initial purchase. Less than 2 months later the stereo started playing up.. within 2 weeks it wasn't working at all. Booked it in to their service center. arrived on time but no-one was there to meet me (at the agreed time). 25 mins later a guy got me the dirtiest loan car I have ever seen. The Sales and Marketing Manager (Craig) rang me back (I had rung every number to try and find someone) and grunted 4 words at me when I explained the issue. Would have been nice to at least get an engaged conversation! soooo purchase good, after service and support left wanting!!

I purchased mark x 2010 from the Auckland branch. I already told that team after 2 or 3 weeks there is a knocking noise in the front side. So Mr Keith arranged one mechanic for me in Christchurch which was not MTA approved. After the first inspection he gave me another appointment for next week. I went there on that day and after some time he refused to inspect the car again. The reason he told me, Mr motor did not give him his charges and they did not pick his call. So Mr Keith made another arrangement with another mechanic after 2 week for me. This time I went to kendal vehicle service. They diagnosed my car, This diagnosis was already scripted by Mr Keith and that mechanic. So that's why they said there was no noise in your car. Which is a big lie. Maybe Mr Keith thinks that finding a mechanic for a customer and making a fake diagnosis for his car can finish Mr motor responsibility? So this time I did not ask Mr Keith to find another mechanic to fix my car. I went to Ilam Toyota, they diagnosed the car and explained the whole story. The Shocks already had been replaced by Non electric shocks and there was play in swaybar links and bushes. The funniest thing is someone already put rags in shocks. once they sold you a car. they will not even response your complaint's. WORST COMPANY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a good experience with Mr. Motors. Great selection of vehicles at reasonable prices. The overall quality of vehicles is much higher than many other dealers I visited. Purchased a used minivan from here, Craig was a top guy to deal with. Had a small issue within the first week of purchase and they took it back and got it sorted no questions asked. We really appreciate the service from all of the staff at Mr. Motors. Would highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a used car.

Highly recommend! From the time I contacted this dealership, I was offered assistance with choosing a car to buy. I was able to test-drive a few cars, no problems. When I returned after a break from looking for cars, I was met with another helpful staff member, Charlie. I ended up purchasing a good quality car that I love -Mazda CX-5 2012, low kms - 51,000, for a reasonable price. I shopped around and this was a good price compared to others! No problems. I visited another couple of dealerships and this one is extremely organised and clean in comparison. The cars were always very clean and presentable, as was the dealership. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff, unlike other dealerships I went to which were shocking - the cars were not available for test drive as advertised, or even onsite or in the country, cars were unclean, not ready for purchase, etc., even when they'd been onsite for a while!
