★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service brought a car of these blokes and wasnt there to view car.trusted i would get a honest purchase instead car turned up not cleaned,still had fresh mud inside and out and with damage that wasnt mentioned now they say they cant help me with the damage not mentioned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried contacting Can Am (Paul), on a friends recommendation with a view to purchasing a side by side. Hopeless service. My friend called. I called. Still waiting on Paul’s reply to our phone messages. Very poor service for such a great product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked specific written questions on whether there had been any paintwork on any of the panels on a 10,000 dollar, 2 wheel drive, 1994 Hilux described as best available in NZ. I stressed how important it was to know this before travelling from Wellington and asked if it could be inspected by someone who knew what they were looking for (as Ross the salesperson said he did not have the ‘expertise’). He said he had had it checked and the paintwork was absolutely all original.On arrival at the dealership, it was immediately obvious two rear panels had been painted (and not well) - and I am no expert, but the different colour and overspray, gave it away. Complete wasted journey and simply not good enough MS Ford.

Thanks to Ricky for coming up with the right vehicle solution, from all the choices at MS Ford. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a 2nd hand ranger from the msford team. Noticed some minor issues with window and aircon. MS ford stood by their product and fixed it all up for me.
Pleasant experience from Ross at sales all the way to Zoe in service centre.
Great communication and knowledgeable staff. They bent over backwards to keep me happy. service was fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get a diagnostic check as an alert was showing on my vehicle dash. A technician checked the fault and it was as I assumed, it hadn't been reset after the last service at another ford dealer.
Total time taken: 20 minutes max
Cost: $95
I've only given 2 stars as the receptionist was so polite and helpful.
