Shrugged his shoulders and threw them in the bin.
Top customer service.
Didn't offer replacement or refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is pretty poor here. They kept on accusing my grandad of not having a vaccine passport. Apparently they don’t know the difference between a domestic vaccine passport and an international passport.

Waited in line today, ordered a coffee. Staff were polite but terribly slow and looked like they would have rather been on their phones or having a sleep, may have been a very busy morning ?♂️.
Coffee was way too hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently good service and good coffee! Have come here plenty of times with family and friends and the food is fresh and tasty and the coffees are beautifully done.
The staff are always friendly and patient and are more than happy to double check that they got the correct order. Certainly one of my favourite muffin breaks in Christchurch ?
The only thing I would change would be an addition of almond milk on the menu.
