★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got the wrong order at first & the guy (who literally has barely any hair on his head) acted like nothing happened & we had to tell him our order then he realised & said "oh wrong table" & then walked off then, i got myself a spinach & feta quiche which tasted soooooo bad. it literally made me gag. it tasted like the pool of water that leaked out of your freezer or fridge. the customer service was terrible & i don't recommend you go to this place. i had a terrible, terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered a large flat white in a take away cup and a spinach and feta muffin. I had just been to the supermarket (so had a trolley) and was killing time waiting for the chemist to open. It was an imposition, my being here. They didn’t ask if I was eating in (I asked for my coffee in a take away cup, not to take away) and then it was a problem wanting the muffin heated THEN I had to ask for a tray (supermarket trolley). Pity the nice gentleman wasn’t here this morning!! I noticed other eating in customers having to go back to the counter to collect, even though the staff were not busy. Customer service was seriously lacking today. Not good, guys ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started going to this Muffin Break after our kids came along - it was pretty scary the first time with bags full of nappies and bottles and prams but the staff were all super friendly and helpful (back then and now) now they patiently wait as our three year old tries to get her order out and are totally fine when she knocks over her fluffy (again). today one of the staff said came over and said one of our kids was super cute as she bopped her head and ate her muffin and asked if she could offer her a treat. Another time her fluffy came out with a little face drawn on it with chocolate sauce. Lovely people and we will be stoping by again as soon as we can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a coffee sausage roll and muffin that were precariously balanced on the tray so that as soon as I moved a plate my coffee poured all over the food and my leg. Decided to tell the staff that the spillage wasn't my fault they refused to refund me and I had to buy my lunch twice. I rarely complain but was not happy with the service.

Not good value, also tables are not cleared often enough. I don't know why they don't serve the item to the table off the tray instead of dumping the tray on the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman that works at Muffin Break Glenfield every day is just amazing. He is always super friendly, has a good sense of humour and is just great at customer service. Nothing is ever an issue. Not to mention he makes an amazing coffee every time. There are so many coffee places in the mall but i only go here because of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loveliest staff and a huge range of cabinet options. My takeaway coffee was nice and hot, yet not bitter/burnt. Perfect morning stop! Located at the bottom of the escalators, just down from Countdown.
