I went in to have my hair cut which is naturally very curly but I do straighten it regularly. I had very soft long-layers and the rest of the hair was cut quite bluntly straight so if I want to wear it naturally; I can. I went in and sat down and said I wanted the ends off - Nothing fancy. The hairdresser has butchered my head. She kept hacking away and hacking away to create very heavy layers - I feel as though I've lost half of my hair? It used to reach well below the clip of my bra and now its probably an inch past my shoulders? If I want it to be cut bluntly now I'll have hair above my shoulders! I love my long hair and I told her I wanted to keep it long. Thanks Sharing shed Glenfield for letting me walk in with normal luscious long dark hair and back out like a Paramore super-fan from 2006. She's done a really really bad job and in all honesty I think you should refund me my $37; and if you don't that's just poor character.

Sharing shed Glenfield - What a mess, it appears management is non existent at this store and appears to be run in some sort of chaos. Bypassing procedures and not adhering to Government mandated rules. People are able to walk straight in and no vaccine pass scanning is happening. Not only this but what I assume is the team leader was encouraging and taking part in this behavior and berating staff that were trying to do the right thing. Forcing staff to listen to her or else. From what I witnessed instore was emotional abuse and bullying of other staff members in front of customers. I am not sure how this so called team leader has kept her job there. But the blatant disregard for the rules and the demeaning treatment of her staff should be investigated. I promptly turned round and left, if this is the way they ran the store then I would hate to see how my hair would be cut. I am still gobsmacked that the team leader was abusing and arguing with staff in front of customers. It would appear professionalism isn't a thing at the sharing shed. I feel sorry for the hair stylists that are trying to do there job well with such a tirade of abuse being dealt to them. I will not be recommending or going to the sharing shed again.

If I could I would give a big 0 review. I was there for my baby's hair cut. the lady preparing her accessories and I was searching for the haircut picture what i wanted to share as a sample. It was not even 3 min. She was saying 'people are waiting. Pls hurry or wait. ". my hoy was already in seat and had his hair clipped. And she wanted him to take bk. Is it logical? Not even a min gone she is done with collecting her sizor and other stuffs for hair cut. she was feeling hurry. And the customer after me just came, Not even waited for 1 min. I was Literally shocked!! In other barbar shop like 'Just Cut' many people wait for long. Never find anyone to feel hurry for other customer while serving another customer. Hair cut, spacially baby hair cut is not a matter of hurry. Need patience. Baby may cry, may get upset. So, If I even don't left the shop at that time, and let her cut my babies hair, it could be frustrating as she will have her concetration in waiting customer. So, I Didn't feel comfortable there to let her cut my boy's hair. If you check your CC camera you will see in total not even 5 min I was in the store. Just entered, she put my son on chair, covered him, i was searching photo, she done with collecting her accessories for hair cut and then said, "customer waiting. pls hurry! or wait on waiting zone!" Waiting customer are not her responsibility. In that case you guys need to increase helping hands. What kind of customer service is this that while serving one, your barbar have to keep attention for the waiting customers, and the customers who just have arrived not even waited for a minute. I never faced this in any other shop. Not professional!

The lady butchered my 2 year olds hair ! I said I wanted a tiny bit off and she just used clippers and cut it so short and he has all these bald patches now ! I told her she was cutting it to short and just ignored me . She was rude ! Don’t waste your time or money there unless you want a terrible hair cut and terrible service!!

Went in with a clear idea of what I wanted, which I told the hairdresser, who proceeded to completely ignore it, cutting far too much off and styling it in a totally different way. Three weeks later my hair is still impossible to deal with and there is nothing I can do other than wait for it to grow back. Really not happy with my experience here.

WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD! Showed the hairdresser my ideal haircut I wanted but the result was totally wrong! I could also sense her impatience as she kept turning her head to check if there's customers coming in. I think it is the rival between the colleague. What a waste of money. Never go back! Do not recommend.

The worst haircut I have ever had. My hair was totally ruined by the Korean "hairdresser " who works there every Monday. She was irresponsible. She don't even section my long hair before cutting. She just try to rush it and finished my hair within 5 minutes even they were pretty loose. She was definitely not qualified to be a hairdresser. Why is this place still open? I wish I had read the reviews before I went to that place. Avoid!!!
