★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in looking for a wedding suit and asked whether they had any light coloured linen suits. We knew we were looking for something not particularly common. However one of the men working said we were "looking for something that doesn't exist" in a horribly condescending tone. Other stores who couldn't help had been kind enough to recommended other stores that may help. Not here. As we left I said how it was seeming impossible to find a wedding suit. Upon hearing it was a wedding suit the man appeared more than eager to help but there was no way we were staying in any longer. Terrible service and would never return or recommend. We found the perfect suit a 5 minute drive away as well so clearly it isn't a suit that doesn't exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condescending, Augmentative and Down Right Rude. Will never return! Never in my life have I had customer service so bad from a sales assistant. Not the type of service I would expect in a specialist mens wear store.
Went on to buy a suit, 2 pants, 2 belts, and 3 shirts from an exceptional sales person in Tauranga Menswear in Greerton.
