The school is based in the sunny seaside holiday destination of Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty, which is on the North Island of New Zealand. The city has a population of around 120,000 and is split into two parts, which is connected by a bridge over the scenic inner harbour. Mount Manganui inflates by 50,000 people every summer with holiday goers flocking to our white sand beaches, whilst Tauranga is the commercial hub of the area with fantastic bars, restaurants, music, sporting and theatre venues and of course shopping.

The city is multi-cultural with a variety of ethnic groups and cultural events. This provides amazing opportunities for you to get involved with the community and spend time with like-minded people enjoying familiar experiences.

The school itself is conveniently nestled in the downtown hub of Tauranga surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, and libraries, all handy to public transport like the city bus, Uber and even electric scooters. The pristine waterfront is just around the corner – a popular spot to have lunch with your classmates or if you want to venture further, you could go for a swim or a surf in the crystal clear water at Mount Main beach in the summer!

The school is small, boutique and welcoming with an environment where you’ll instantly feel comfortable. We don’t have big lecture halls you can lost in, our classrooms are intimate and inclusive. We have modern facilities and all the resources you’ll need while studying with two radio stations, two recording studios, healthcare equipment, classrooms, study rooms, and kitchens.
