โ โ โ โ โ Have tried so many other methods and places around NZ but Alex Mohai has really helped me get on top of neck and shoulder pain and migraines. He really knows what heโs doing, and talking about. Could not recommend more.

โ โ โ โ โ Great experience first time with muscle people physio. Nicole was very patient and detail especially in explaining about the injury. Carefully examined my injury both physically and verbally. Really put me at ease. Would definitely be back again and highly recommend to anyone needing a physio.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to see Alex Mohai about a long-running shoulder injury that wasn't coming right. He identified the issue, small manipulation and a bunch of strengthening later and it has really cleared up the issue - most impressive.
Very happy to recommend :)

โ โ โ โ โ I have been to Alex many times over the last few years with numerous injuries. I always leave appointments feeling 10x better than when I walk in.
I have seen other physiotherapist over the years and no one has ever been able to complete fix the pain like Alex can. Highly recommend

โ โ โ โ โ I finally got around to making an appointment about my sore elbow. A very pleasant young physiotherapist named Conner conducted my appointment. After examining my arm and questionning me carefully, he came up with a short exercise plan, and taped my elbow for a week.
Photos, descriptions, and short videos of how to do the exercises were emailled to me. I was also able to log my my efforts via a portal and/or app.
My elbow is already feeling great - I'm back to playing tennis and rigorous gardening. Money well-spent!

โ โ โ โ โ Have been so happy with treatment at Muscle People. I have been seeing Alex and he is honestly brilliant, I couldn't sing his praises enough.
I broke my ankle and had been through 3 other therapists prior to coming to Muscle People. By this stage it had been 18 months since my break and I was still limping, I couldn't be on my feet longer than an hour without alot of pain and in general everyone was telling me to do the same exercises I had since my cast had come off. It was obvious it wasn't working, yet nothing changed and I had resided myself to thinking this was normal, and recovery would just be very slow. I then switched to Muscle People as the location was more convenient - still expecting much of the same. I have never 'enjoyed' going to physio, but this completely changed. The treatment has been different, I have felt heard for the first time since this all started and I have had so much progress. I finally have lost my limp and the first time I did a jog it was quite emotional! I have two kids under 4, and not being able to chase after them had been really difficult. For such a long time I have had pain, and I've been unable to do so many things. I am so incredibly grateful to Alex, I could not recommend him enough.

โ โ โ โ โ I had been referred by my Doctor and had booked an appointment. I turn up for the appointment to find that I had not been booked in and the receptionist proceeded to tell me "no, I can rebook" and wanted to send me away even after I had requested she check with other staff that might know more about my booking. I suggested she check with other staff and was told "no, I can rebook you" again. It wasn't until another staff member had come out and asked "is everything okay?". I got my appointment in the end and the physio therapist was great but poor service at the front desk.
