★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the care and expertise offered by Optimal and Sam Fin. Sam is warm, intelligent, listens carefully and thinks about the best course of action to get you back on top again. I had an undiagnosed stress fracture that Sam got to the bottom of. And his treatment gave me immediate relief. The centre is well run with prompt examples of your recovery programme emailed to you after each session. Plus they have a well equipped gym. These guys represent serious competition for other CH physios! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Anthony and the team for the awesome winter indoor training sessions. Managed to increase my FTP by 30 watts during the 4 months of training and really noticed a big difference in my fitness. Will be back next winter - thank you.
