★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop attempts to do repair work that they are in no way qualified to do. They completely wrecked my cello bow to the point that several luthiers told me it is now unfixable. Shop refuses to accept that they should not have attempted this repair and won't reimburse me the value of my wrecked bow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy cannot organize to obtain a violin shoulder rest after three phone calls since the 8th of march (almost a month), and "I will get onto it" in the last call. He never called me it was always up to me. We will never shop here again. I was a good client for more than 10 years, and bought a piano for more than $2000 and a violin for $800. absolutely ridiculous IMHO. We just bought one at the shop around the corner.
