★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember back in 2017 when they approached me and made me sign up lol then a few weeks later they emailed me saying that I have nothing but they will cut fees $19 if I’m not wrong. I emailed them asking why I’m being charged when I got nothing... fast forward, I decided not to pay the that fee. They took me to debt collectors and increased the money to $99. So I had to pay for nothing at all. I emailed tgem to delete me in their system, they were like “ you will be in our system for 7 years”.... in 2019 IRD told me that I don’tHave any tax return while I worked 2017-2019.. I’m thinking that these USELESS SCAMS have something to do with it. BE AWARE! Don’t use them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I talked with them four years ago and it was only to check if I have some remain tax that I did not claim, they told me I did not have any at that time, for the following years they did not help me at all with my refund. But this year they just took my taxes and deposited to their account and sent a cheque to outdated address, they did not help me previious years but this year instead of contacting me to update my address they just sent the cheque to another place. To cancel the cheque I had to pay them. Almost 50% of my tax they received. You guys should be thankful there is not 0 stars rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a giant scam. They are constantly updating their terms and conditions throughout their years of service. When I initially sign up I only ever spoke to one person who did it for me, never getting the chance to read and agree to the terms and conditions displayed on their website.
They never contacted me prior to my tax refund being sent in the mail as a check (to an address I no longer reside at), only contacting me once to state that it was the end of the tax year so a refund would be coming up eventually.
They took 45% of my tax refund due to these "fees" that I had not yet seen. Their customer service and telecommunications were awful with their workers speaking so quietly I could not hear what they were saying and when I requested to no longer have them as my tax refund company they made no effort to try change my mind. Hands down the worst tax refund company I've ever been with. Thank goodness IRD does it automatically now so people can avoid scammers like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had tax refund in 2018 and this i gave my all details to ird to send money into my bank but this guy got my money into his bank with my premision when i asked him to return my all amount then he started lying.
nobody should trust on this guy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took over half my tax refund with no communication as to the amount i was to get back, they didnt do any calculations on my behalf, IRD did it all... IRD's correspondance was better than these guys. I do not recommend and won't be using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If zero stars was an option, every "REAL" customer of there's would select it. They act very shady "on your behalf" and do not put you first oin any case.
Would say that this has been the worst experience ever when it came to any form of customer support.
They charge you $1 a min to speak to someone on the phone!
They do things for you without giving any heads up or consultation. Does not seem like it is acting under any law or morals.
When I contacted IRD regarding actions they did on my behalf, they couldn’t explain why they did what they did, both for privacy reasons but also logical reasons.
When I tried to login to MyTaxBack account, they delinked from my account without telling me or giving me any warning. Just left me without any help or support.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
