They treat people with suspicion and really get under your skin and encourage the client to make calls on their phone...which they rudely reach over to turn up the volume on the speaker phone so they hear every detail. Normal? I don't think so.
Their attitude is one of, if a client needs their help the client must be hopeless!!
Thumbs down big time.
