★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in a few weeks ago and asked the lady at the counter about which sort of hose would work with my pool pump. Another customer came in after us and was waiting. The lady serving us immediately became disinterested in what I was saying and kept looking over at the other customer. She eventually told me to wait as she would have to ask the other guy who was on the phone. She then went on to serve 4 other people while we waited then once they were all gone she finally went out back and asked the guy about my query. She then returned with a business card and told me to email them. Wasted my time completely. Disappointing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great until something goes wrong and then they run for the hills. I bought equipment from them, they installed it. It failed and they got the wholesaler to replace it....all good, but no interest in why it failed. Two months later it started to self destruct again... they stalled, disappeared, refused to answer texts or ph calls, hid out the back of the shop, borderline abusive when I asked what was happening. After 3 months I gave up and dealt with the wholesaler direct...it was an easy 15minute fix...essentially an installation error. Buyer beware.
ps I now get supplies from Wanganui and apparently I'm not the only one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Micheal was rather threatening. At no point during the conversation was "I know who you are and where you're from" and then a mention of my home town needed. I simply wanted him to explain why if 2400 watts was not enough and could have caused the damage to the pool pump, then why did they ship the pool originally with a 240v 10amp RCD?
The second I suggested that if that was the cause, then they accept some responsibility for the damage, he got rather nasty, I do not mind that he trespassed me from his store, over a phone call, but an utter refusal to accept the issue cause has been at least, in part caused by the pool shipping with the wrong plug. Even 50% fault, I offered to pay 50% of the bill immediately.
Attached is an image of the RCD shipped with the pool. If 2400 watts isnt enough (the manual says 13amp) then why ship with this RCD??
Micheal shifted all blame onto the customer, but getting personal? Using personal details about me against me? Thats sickening, and stalker like behaviour.
